Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern the CoinVisionAI affiliate pilot. By applying or using an affiliate link, you agree to these terms and the platform’s general terms and privacy policy.
1. Program and approval
Participation is application-based. CoinVisionAI may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account to protect customers, the brand, payment integrity, or legal compliance. Approval is not guaranteed and a referral link earns no commission while the affiliate is not approved.
2. Eligible attribution
A qualifying customer must be a genuinely new CoinVisionAI account created within 30 days of the last eligible affiliate click. Attribution is locked at account creation. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, automated traffic, preview bots, and referrals that cannot be reliably measured are not eligible.
3. Commission
The standard pilot rate is 25% of qualifying Net Subscription Revenue during the 12-month period beginning with the customer’s first qualifying paid transaction. Net Subscription Revenue means amounts actually received for an eligible subscription, excluding VAT or other taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, credits, fraudulent payments, and amounts not successfully collected. Free access and trial periods do not earn commission.
4. Adjustments and review period
Each earning is normally held for 30 days. Refunds, reversals, disputes, duplicate payments, or later evidence of ineligibility may reduce pending or future balances. A negative balance may be carried forward. CoinVisionAI may hold entries while fraud, attribution, payment, tax, or policy questions are reviewed.
5. Payouts
Payouts are reviewed monthly in USD through the supported payout method, initially PayPal. The available balance must meet the $50 minimum. Affiliates must provide accurate legal, tax-residence, address, and payout details. Provider, currency-conversion, intermediary, or receiving fees may apply. Affiliates are responsible for their own income, business, and tax reporting.
6. Required disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose the compensated relationship wherever a referral link or endorsement appears. The disclosure must comply with the rules that apply to the affiliate and audience and must not be hidden behind vague wording.
7. Prohibited promotion
Do not use spam, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, impersonation, misleading discounts, fake reviews, guaranteed-profit claims, fabricated performance, trademark bidding intended to intercept CoinVisionAI traffic, unlawful content, or any method that creates false or involuntary attribution. Do not present CoinVisionAI as financial advice or promise trading outcomes.
8. Brand and content
Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable right to use supplied CoinVisionAI names and assets solely to promote the service accurately. Do not modify the brand in a misleading way, register confusing domains or accounts, or claim to act on behalf of CoinVisionAI.
9. Privacy
Affiliate reporting is aggregate and accounting-focused. Customer emails, payment credentials, raw IP addresses, and private browsing identities are not shared with affiliates. Affiliates must handle any data they collect independently under applicable privacy law.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation. CoinVisionAI may immediately suspend tracking or payouts for suspected fraud, abuse, legal risk, payment disputes, or material breach. Valid approved balances may remain payable after ordinary termination, while fraudulent, reversed, or ineligible entries may be withheld or cancelled.
11. Changes
Program economics apply under the version recorded with each attribution. CoinVisionAI may change future rates, windows, thresholds, methods, or availability with reasonable notice. Changes do not rewrite immutable payment or payout records.
12. No trading or income guarantee
CoinVisionAI provides market-intelligence software. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, investment advice, or a guarantee of referrals, commission, revenue, or trading results.

Questions about applications, attribution, or payouts can be sent through the CoinVisionAI contact page. Include your account email and affiliate code, but never send passwords, payment credentials, or verification codes.
