• Account information such as name, email address, hashed password, plan, and subscription status.
• Usage information such as pages visited, product interaction signals, signup prompts shown, alert rules, watchlists, saved layouts, saved risk tools, AI tool history, journals, and product settings.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser details, device data, logs, cookies, session identifiers, and security events.
• Payment status and subscription identifiers from payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
• Billing and tax information such as customer type, billing country and postal code, business name and address, VAT number and validation result, transaction amounts, refunds, and payment-location evidence. We do not retain a raw IP address in tax records.

We use collected information to operate CoinVisionAI, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, provide dashboards and alerts, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

When you use AI tools, prompts, context, generated responses, and related metadata may be stored to provide history, improve your workflow, enforce usage limits, and troubleshoot issues.

Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys, or highly sensitive personal information into AI tools.

We use cookies and session storage for login, security, CSRF protection, plan access, preferences, and basic product functionality. Disabling cookies may prevent the platform from working correctly.

We may use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, AI generation, data feeds, and security. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to CoinVisionAI.

• Payment providers process billing and subscription payments.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, legal or security authorities where required, payment providers for paid subscriptions, or other parties if needed to protect CoinVisionAI, users, or the public.

We may use aggregated or de-identified product and market usage data to improve reliability, performance, analytics, and product design.

We keep account, billing, alert, usage, and product data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Transaction, invoice, VAT, and related billing evidence may be retained after account deletion where required for tax or accounting obligations. Dutch fiscal records are generally retained for seven years; records governed by schemes such as OSS may require a longer period.

After a trial is used, we may retain keyed, non-reversible eligibility markers to prevent repeated introductory offers across accounts. These markers do not store the email address, PayPal payer ID, card details, or PayPal subscription ID.

Account security activity is retained for up to 90 days. Exact IP addresses associated with those events are encrypted and retained for up to 30 days, then removed; masked network information and keyed correlation data may remain for the rest of the 90-day security window.

Some market and analytics data may be retained for product operation, historical analysis, and performance monitoring.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encrypted storage for temporarily retained exact IP addresses and restricted account-security access. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
